Al Matheson Septet

Pianist/trumpeter/composer and arranger Al Matheson is one of our city’s jazz treasures. Matheson’s all-star ‘little big-band’ performs terrific arrangements of classics as well as originals by Matheson and Jon Roper. Expect to hear tunes by Ellington, Strayhorn, and more. They have a wonderful new CD titled Intrada.
